Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Legal Services Agreement for Williamson County Courts between Williamson County and Audrey Blair; and exemption of such services from the competitive bid/proposal requirements of the County Purchasing Act (personal or professional services, Texas Loc. Gov't Code 262.024(a)(4)).
Background
The contract would provide for general legal consultation with the County Courts at Law of Williamson County, Texas on family law and related issues, an amount not to exceed 10,000.00.
