Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to ratify and approve Contract Amendment No. 2 and Supplemental No. 3 to Work Authorization No. 1 to the Ronald Reagan, Segment D2 contract executed March 19, 2024, between Williamson County and American Structurepoint, Inc. relating to the 2023 Road Bond Program.
Background
This American Structurepoint, Inc. Contract Amendment No. 2 increases the compensation cap by $200,000.00 from $2,800,000.00 to $3,000,000.00 to allow for the execution of Supplemental No. 3 to Work Authorization No. 1. The supplemental is for additional design services in the amount of $194,503.80 and extends the termination date to May 31, 2026. Project: P674 Fund Source: Road Bond
