Background
This is the third renewal of Contract #22IFB153 between Petroleum Traders Corp and Williamson County for Bulk Fuel for the Fleet Department for a twelve-month term, with one renewal period remaining. The Fleet Department has confirmed that the vendor has met all contract requirements and supports moving forward with Renewal #3 out of four 12- month renewal options. The original contract was approved by Commissioners Court on November 15, 2022, through November 14, 2023, under agenda item #50.
