Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Master Service Agreement No. 2026-036, between Williamson County and Red Oak Construction, LLC in the not-to-exceed amount of Five-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) pursuant to Choice Partners/Harris County Department of Education Cooperative Contract #25/033MR-40 and authorize execution of the agreement.
Background
This Master Service Agreement between Williamson County and Red Oak Construction, LLC is to be able to utilize the vendor for general repair services as they arise for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fencing and Gates, and parking lot maintenance at various Williamson County Facilities. The contract number for Choice Partners is #25/033MR-40. No pricing sheet for this MSA. Scope of Work (SOW) with quoted amount to be verified by the COOP vendor, which will be supplied by PO request. This MSA will be valid as of the date of execution through July 15, 2026. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004510, Origination #3639 and the point of contact is Christi Stromberg.
