Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on Contract Amendment No. 3 to the Chandler Corridor, Segment 1 contract executed September 29, 2022, between Williamson County and DEC- Central Texas, LLC relating to the LTP/Corridor Program.
Background
This DEC-Central Texas, LLC Contract Amendment No. 3 amends the contract by replacing the name “Gannett Fleming, Inc.” with the name “GFT Infrastructure, Inc.” wherever it appears in the Agreement. Project: P599 Fund Source: LTP/Corridor Program
