Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on granting a waterline easement to the City of Round Rock located in the SW Regional Park.
Background
The agreement for this waterline was previously approved by the commissioners court on 10/7/25 agenda item #57. Because the County is the grantor, it is appropriate to execute the easement form first so that the City of Round Rock can then accept the easement. The funds for this easement grant will go into 2023 Park Bonds P605
