Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Purchase and Goods Contract #2026-094 between Williamson County and FreeIt Data Solutions Inc. to provide the Williamson County IT Department VMware subscription for the jail camera replacement system for a term beginning 10/31/2025 through 11/15/2027 in the total amount of $167,167.30 paying $83,583.65 in year one and $83,583.65 in the subsequent year per the terms of Contract #DIR-CPO-5175, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The new VMware subscription will support the jail camera replacement project. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.005740 for FY26. Origination #4173. Department point of contact is Rory Tierney.
