Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving year two (2) of three (3) for annual Oracle Maintenance for FY 2026, per existing Agreement #202525 between Williamson County and Mythics, Inc. originally approved on 10.22.2024 under agenda item #35, for a multi-year term for $1,703,117.02, pursuant to Omnia National IPA Contract R190801.

Background

This requisition 139356 is for year two (FY 2026) of three of the annual Oracle Maintenance per existing agreement #202525, originally approved on 10.22.2024 under agenda item #35. This software licensing purchase supports the County’s existing Oracle financial system by ensuring continued performance and efficiency of its databases.  This agreement consolidates several separate modules into one three-year contract, beginning November 1, 2024, and ending October 31, 2027. Annual installments are as follows: Year 1 – $545,591.09, Year 2 – $567,414.69, and Year 3 – $590,111.24.  Contract Audit, Budget, and General Counsel have reviewed and approved this agreement. The funding source is 01.0100.0503.004505. The department's point of contact is Minnie Beteille.
