Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer to cover the county's Excess Workers' Compensation coverage.
Background
This is a line item transfer to cover the additional cost incurred for our Excess Workers' Compensation program. The program received a buffer limit towards our self-insured retention (SIR), bringing that amount to $250,000 across the board. Prior to this incentive, there was a $750,000 SIR for class code 7720 with all other class codes at $500,000.
