Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Constable Pct. 3 Office.
Background
The Line Item transfer is being requested due to Deputy Adam Hughes earning his Master Peace Officer Certificate, and adjusting his certification pay from the Advanced Certification to the Master Certification. Also, Sgt. Joel Fischetti was hired and is occupying a PCN that was vacant and did not have Master Certification pay adjusted during budgeting. The balance of $4282.96 requested to be moved will cover the advancing of Deputy Hughes to Master Certification pay, payment of Sgt. Fischetti at Master Certification, FICA and retirement on the pay for both. The requested amount is coming from the overage in the Vehicle budget.
