Public Background
The development, operations, success, impacts, and importance of this one-of-a-kind community-based felony diversion program for emerging adults. Recently completed research on this program shows a 35% reduction in arrest rates for this overrpresented population within a Criminal Justice system which is transitionally ill-equipped to handle the underlying factors that drive this age group’s involvement in the criminal justice system.
