Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Flora Phase 2 Section 1 subdivision – Precinct 4.

This is the first section of the Flora Phase 2 subdivision. It consists of 419 residential lots, 12 open space/landscape lots, 2 open space/drainage lots, 2 park lots and 19,810 linear feet of new public roads to be maintained by South Fork Ranch Municipal Utility District.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $9,701,466.23 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2025-07-29 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2025-08-14 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2025-08-28 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2025-09-11 – 3rd review complete with comments 
2025-11-13 – 4th submittal of final plat
2025-11-27 – 4th review complete with comments 
2026-01-21 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2026-01-27 – final plat placed on the February 3rd, 2026 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
