This Change Order No. 1 includes moving the Chiller yard 170 feet from its original location, an extension of time by 53 days to Substantial Completion of the project, and a net increase of $204,217.89. As a result of this Change Order, the net increase is 8.8% in the Contract cost with a new contract sum of $3,204,117.89.
