Discuss, consider and take appropriate action to extend the Lease Agreement with Williamson County Crisis Center (D/B/A Hope Alliance) for the lease of a County building used for a public purpose as a temporary auxiliary emergency shelter, with the extension being for a period from March 31, 2026, and ending on April 1, 2027.

The lease extension is with Hope Alliance for a temporary safe shelter that is used for victims of family violence.  Hope Alliance continues to construct a new facility but has encountered delays.  A lease extension is needed to maintain operation of the temporary shelter until construction of the new shelter is completed.  To keep the location of the shelter confidential in order to protect the victims housed at the temporary shelter, the lease extension agreement is not attached.
