Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the preliminary plat for the Orchard Ridge Subdivision – Precinct 2.

This proposed subdivision consists of 2 lots and no roads on 3.586 acres. Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10th, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.

2026-03-05 – 4th review complete and comments clear 
2026-03-17 – County Engineer approval letter sent 
2026-03-17 – preliminary plat placed on the March 24th, 2026 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
