Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $44,083.39 for the CPA ADA Parking Upgrades with Falkenberg Construction Co., Inc and increase final completion time by 14 days.

Public Background

This Change Order No. 1 includes additional requested work to repair unsuitable base material uncovered during contracted work at an increase of $44,083.39 from the original Agreement executed on 1/21/26. As a result of this Change Order, the net increase is 14.1% of the contract cost with a new contract sum of $357,394.96 and extended contract time by 14 days.
