Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Addendum No. 6 to Contract No. 20912 between Williamson County and MCCi, LLC for the Information Services Department, originally approved by the Commissioners Court on December 12, 2023, agenda item #17, for $90,517.50 and authorizing the execution of the contract addendum agreement. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.004100.  This addendum #6 will support the implementation of a Plea Tracker Application to improve the efficiency and management of case processing by creating a secure, centralized system for transferring plea documents between the County Attorney’s Office, defense attorneys, the County Clerk’s Office, and the Probation Office.
