Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the approval of a Commercial Contract – Improved Property between Iglesias Evangelica Latina, referred to therein as Buyer, and Williamson County, referred to therein as Seller, relating to the sale and purchase of approximately 3.772 acres (more or less and subject to final survey) of real property located at 747 County Road 138, Hutto, Williamson County, Texas, for the sales price amount of $5,300,000.00; and authorize the County Judge to execute the Commercial Contract – Improved Property and all other documents and instruments that may be necessary to close the transaction and convey the real property to Iglesias Evangelica Latina.
