Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on ratification and approval of the preliminary plat for the Florence Meadows subdivision – Precinct 3.

This proposed subdivision consists of 758 single family lots, 13 landscape/open space lots, 2 drainage easement/open space lots, 1 private amenity lot, 1 landscape/water quality/PUE/open space/drainage easement lot, 1 drainage easement/open space/landscape lot, 1 landscape/drainage easement lot, and 24,478 linear feet of new public roads to be maintained by Northwest Williamson County MUD No. 3 on 161.67 acres. Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10th, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.
