Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on appointment procedures in relation to appointing an individual to serve as the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector in the event a vacancy occurs in such office, and, in the event a resignation is submitted to the Williamson County Commissioners Court, take appropriate action on acceptance of such resignation (Tex. Local Gov’t Code §87.041).
