Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Long Range Transportation Plan (LTP) transfer to close P583 FIF Grant Match and move $450,982.19 to P457 LTP ROW.
Public Background
Upon closing of the Texas Water Development Board Flood Plain Grant, it was discovered too much was set aside in projects for the match. Therefore, this transfer is needed to close out P583 FIF Grant Match.
