Public Background
The Texas Historical Commission (THC) requires that, as part of the Environmental Due Diligence Investigations, any records are to be kept by the Center for Archeological Research (CAR). This agreement documents the transfer of archeologic records from Williamson County to the Center for Archeological Research per 13 TAC 26.16 and 26.17 for their records.
