Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the approval of a Commercial Contract Amendment to the Commercial Contract – Improved Property between Iglesias Evangelica Latina, referred to therein as Buyer, and Williamson County, referred to therein as Seller, relating to the sale and purchase of approximately 3.772 acres (more or less and subject to final survey) of real property located at 747 County Road 138, Hutto, Williamson County, Texas, to amend the original sales price amount of $5,300,000.00 to $5,053,000.00 and to set an earlier closing date of August 27, 2026; and authorize the County Judge to execute the Commercial Contract Amendment.

This amendment will decrease the original sales price from $5,300,000.00 to $5,053,000.00 ($247,000 reduction) to allow for various property condition repairs to be made by the buyer following closing.  The amendment will also move the closing date up one week to an earlier closing date of August 27, 2026.
