Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve an amendment to the agreement between Williamson County and Tyler Technologies, Inc., adding an annual license fee of $8,250.00 and an annual maintenance fee of $1,733.00, increasing the original amount to $277,838.00, as approved in Commissioners Court on December 07, 2010 (under agenda item #27), for the continued use of Tyler Technologies’ VINES integration in partnership with SylogistGov, Inc. to support Williamson County’s compliance with state-mandated victim notification requirements through Texas IVSS and Odyssey data connections, and authorize executing of the agreement. (Funding Source: 01.0100.0503.004505).
