Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the 2nd Amendment to Contract 23RFP9, vending between Williamson County and Compass Group USA, Inc. – Canteen Division for the Facilities Department with no additional cost impact and authorize execution of the agreement.(This is a revenue contract.)
Public Background
The request is to process a Second Amendment to the vending contract to add one additional location: Central Maintenance Facility, which will include one beverage vending machine and one snack vending machine. A revised locations attachment is included to reflect the additional location. The original agreement was approved by Commissioners Court on March 21, 2023, under Agenda Item #65. The amendment is for continued vending services and will be funded through account 01.0490.0000.370500 with no additional cost impact ($0.00). Origination Ticket No. 5692.
