Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on an Agreement to Terminate that certain Chapter 381 Economic Development Program and Agreement between Williamson County, Texas, and Upper Forty, LLC terminating that certain Chapter 381 Economic Development Program and Agreement being dated effective August 18, 2021.
Public Background
The owner of the planned project, Upper Forty, LLC, never moved forward with the development of the project that was the subject of the 2021 Chapter 381 Economic Development Program and Agreement. Upper Forty, LLC has no plans to move forward with the project and has requested termination of the agreement.
