Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment acknowledging additional revenues for the Court Reporter Service Fund.
Public Background
Revenue is coming in higher than projected and will allow for the offset of additioanl expenditures for Visiting Court Reporters due to a Visiting Court Reporter serving in the new District Court prior to the employed Court Reporter being hired.
