Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order declaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment acknowledging additional expenditures for the the Court Reporter Service Fund.
Public Background
Additional funding in the Visiting Court Reporter Expenditure line item is needed due to a Visiting Court Reporter serving in the new District Court until a Court Reporter was hired. There is sufficient revenue to offset this additional expenditure so a balanced budget amendment has been placed on the agenda.
