Discuss, consider and take appropriate action authorizing Renewal 1 for contract #24RFP46 with Texas Air Filter for air filter maintenance services for county facilities originally approved by the Commissioner Court on June 11, 2024, under Agenda Item 32. Renewal 1 beginning 10.21.2026 through 9.30.2027 to provide air filter services, or the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, for a total of $69,411.84 (Funding Source: 01.0100.0509.004500 ($63,387.04); 01.0100.0545.004500 ($6,024.80).
