The office supplies budget for JP3 has experienced higher than anticipated expenditures this fiscal year due to increased operational demands. These include expanded caseload support needs, replacement of essential office consumables, and the implementation of updated administrative processes that required additional materials. As a result, the current office supplies line item is insufficient to meet ongoing workflow requirements throughout the remainder of the fiscal year.

Staff is requesting approval of a line item transfer in the amount of $3500.00.
