Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Regional Animal Shelter Fund.

Cleaning and sanitation practices for current shelter pet population numbers have resulted in an increase in the usage of funds from the shelter’s janitorial line over the past fiscal year.  We need to move funds into 3318 in order to cover these costs. We propose to move $1,000 from 4976 and $1666.39 from 4100 and $3163.65 from line 4975. This would give 3318 $5830.04 to remain out of a deficit and for the shelter to have sufficient cleaning supplies. We are requesting moving these funds in lieu of a budget amendment.
