Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the Contract for Goods #2026-293 between Williamson County and Siddons-Martin Emergency Group, LLC for the disposal of county assets through trade-in pursuant to Tex. Local Gov’t Code 263.152(2) and the purchase of six (6) Ambulances (2026 Ambulance Williamson County Tx Edition) in the amount of $2,148,820.00 through the purchasing Cooperative HGAC contract #AM10-23 (EMS) and authorize the execution of the agreement.(Funding source is 01.0100.0540.005700).
