Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding IFB #26IFB58 Medical Grade Oxygen to the lowest bidder, Dupuy Oxygen & Supply dba Round Rock Welding Supply, in the not-to-exceed amount of $30,000.00 for the Emergency Medical Services Department and authorize execution of the agreement. (Funding source is 01.0100.0540.003307 for FY27).

The bids for the goods have been reviewed and the apparent low bid, Dupuy Oxygen & Supply dba Round Rock Welding Supply, has been supplying the County’s oxygen needs for over twelve (12) years and has done a satisfactory job.  The Emergency Medical Services Department recommends award of solicitation of 26IFB58 Medical Grade Oxygen to Dupuy Oxygen & Supply dba Round Rock Welding Supply. The initial term of one-year beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with the right to renew the agreement for up to an additional three (3) one-year terms by mutual agreement of both Williamson County and Dupuy Oxygen & Supply dba Round Rock Welding Supply.
