Seeking approval of an amendment to the original agreements with Family Hospital Management Company, LLC for contract #24RFSQ61, for Jail Inmate Medical Services, for Williamson County. The original agreements were approved by the Commissioners’ Court on September 24, 2024, under Agenda Item #37, for an initial four-year term, with four additional one-year renewal options. The amendment will increase the monthly service cost by 4%. The increase is needed due to current market conditions and increased costs to provide the services and is allowed under the terms of the original agreements. The annual not-to-exceed amount is $452,316.00 per fiscal year. This amendment only changes the monthly service cost and does not extend the contract term. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements will remain unchanged.
