Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a Right of Entry granting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers the right to enter onto Williamson County’s property along Blue Springs Blvd., and on an Agent Authorization form designating Lochner, Inc. to act on Williamson County’s behalf for all matters relating to all dealings with the Corps regarding these properties, including actions related to Clean Water Act and Rivers and Harbors Act delineations, determinations, and permits.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is requesting authorization to enter Williamson County-held parcels to conduct site investigations related to project reviews, including onsite activities necessary to support the application review, processing, and issuance of Clean Water Act and Rivers and Harbors Act delineations, determinations, and permits. Williamson County’s consultant, Lochner, Inc., will review available information and prepare an Approved Jurisdictional Determination (AJD) request for submittal to the Corps.
