Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on amending the criteria for Inner Loop Annex Dehumidification 26RFCSP61, which was previously approved on 08.11.2026 with agenda item #62, to include in the motion: “… and approving, in the public interest, assigning the price criteria a weighted value of not less than 36.9 percent of the total weighted value of all selection criteria." (Funding Source is 01.0100.0509.004509).

The previous approved motion read: "Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive competitively sealed proposals for a contractor for Inner Loop Annex Dehumidification RFCSP, under #26RFCSP61, designating DBR Engineering Consultants, Inc for Architectural/ Engineering services. The funding source is 01.0100.0509.004509". The following was omitted from the original motion:"… and approving, in the public interest, assigning the price criteria a weighted value of not less than 36.9 percent of the total weighted value of all selection criteria". This action allows Facilities Management additional flexibility with their evaluation criteria.
