Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to award 26IFB74 Farm Lease for Blackland Heritage Parkland property to Randall Fischer.
Public Background
The current farm lease between Williamson County and Randall Fischer expires September 30, 2026. Mr. Fischer was the only respondent to 26IFB74, for a new 2-year farm lease with 3 additional 1-year extension options. We have a good working relationship. We recommend awarding the new farm lease to Mr. Fischer.
