Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on page #4, item #7 of the Budget Order for FY27.

As the presiding Judge of the 425th District Court has recently retired, those presiding Judge responsibilities have transitioned to Judge Donna King.  Judge King is requesting the current "Court Admin Supplement" instead shift to the "Division Director" position (PCN 1905) to reflect the additional duties currently being performed.  We are requesting the current language (as snipped/shown below) on page #4, item #7, be changed to reflect the following, to not only coincide with the requested change, but also provide flexibility needed as roles change or judges retire/leave:

"Presiding District Judge / Additional Duties Supplement - Paid to a designated position, at the discretion of the presiding District Judge, upon assuming additional associated duties.  1 Position, $5,500 per year, paid equally over 26 pay periods"
"Presiding County Court at Law Judge / Additional Duties Supplement - Paid to a designated position, at the discretion of the presiding County Court at Law Judge, upon assuming additional associated duties.  1 Position, $5,500 per year, paid equally over 26 pay periods"
