Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on ratification and approval of the revised preliminary plat for the Dawsons Crossing subdivision (revision 1) – Precinct 4.

This is the first revision to the preliminary plat of the Dawsons Crossing Subdivision that was initially approved on December 16th, 2025. Since the last approval, the developer has requested changes to the lot layout and subdivision boundary. This revision consists of an increase in lot sizes to incorporate additional property. With this revision, the proposed subdivision consists of 7 residential lots and no new roads. Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10th, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.

2026-09-08 – County Engineer approval letter sent. 
2026-09-08 – preliminary plat placed on the September 15th, 2026 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
