Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Eldorado Liberty Hill Phase 7 & 8 subdivision – Precinct 2.

This is the next section of the Eldorado Liberty Hill subdivision (formally known as Eldorado). It consists of 9 HOA landscape/drainage lots, 136 single family lots and 5,718 linear feet of new public roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $8,047,499.50 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2026-04-21 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2026-05-06 – 2nd review complete with comments 
2026-05-12 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2026-05-27 – 3rd review complete with comments 
2026-05-28 – 4th submittal of final plat
2026-06-12 – 4th review complete with comments 
2026-08-31 – receipt of final plat with signatures
2026-09-04 – 5th review complete with comments cleared
2026-09-08 – final plat placed on the September 15th, 2026 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
