Reason for Recommended Action/Background
Approval of this management plan will allow Yolo County to continue to begin the design and construction phases of the Yolo County HSP Pacifico Housing Project collaborating with City of Davis to provide logistical and facilities support for two buildings (A and B) on Pacifico Campus. This plan provides management guidelines and supports for the up to forty-four (44) CalWORKs families who may be housed on property. Under this plan, Yolo County and the City of Davis agree to the operating guidelines set forth in the document to manage occupancy in Buildings A and B only. These units meet livable standards pursuant to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
