Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments.

Recommended Action

A. Acknowledge and thank the following for their service:
  1. Dr. Xiaolong Li from the Local Mental Health Board. (term expired 1/31/23)
B. Remove the following:
  1. Kayla Rodriguez from the Waste Advisory Committee. (term expired 1/31/23)
  2. Bob Bell from the Winters Fire Protection District. (passed away)
C. Accept the following resignations:
  1. Diane Richards and Sue Moualim from the Workforce Innovation Board.
D. Approve the following appointments:
  1. Terry Kelley to the Agency on Aging \ Area 4 Advisory Council as a member of the public (Category A) for a term ending June 30, 2025.
  2. Joseph B. Cattarin to the Davis Cemetery District as the alternate for a term ending January 5, 2026. 
  3. Aimee Tibbs to the Dunnigan General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2024.
  4. Lindsay Rotteveel to the Waste Advisory Committee representing the Industry category for a term ending January 31, 2027. 
  5. Jennifer Jones to the Waste Advisory Committee representing the University-UCD category for a term ending January 31, 2027.
  6. Christopher Bulkeley to the Yolo County Local Mental Health Board representing District 4 for a term ending January 31, 2024.
E. Approve the following re-appointments:
  1. Nancy Pennebaker to the Agency on Aging \ Area 4 Governing Board as a Yolo County Public Member for a term ending December 31, 2023.
  2. Elaine Roberts Musser to the Commission on Aging representing District 4 for a term ending January 30, 2025.
  3. David Hunt, Neil Busch, Bill Weber and Junior Guzman to the Dunnigan General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for terms ending January 31, 2025.
  4. John McDonough to the El Macero County Service Area for a term ending January 31, 2027.
  5. Dr. Leon Schimmel to the Health Council representing District 4 for a term ending January 31, 2025. 
  6. Valerie Olson to the Health Council representing District 5 for a term ending January 31, 2025.
  7. Lance LeClair to the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board representing District 1/Other category for a term ending January 31, 2027.
  8. Brian Sala to the Planning Commission representing District 3 for a term ending January 31, 2027.
  9. Elizabeth McCapes to the Willowbank County Service Area  for a term ending January 31, 2027. 
  10. Brenda Di Gregorio to the Yolo County Child Care & Development Planning Council representing District 3/Public Agency category for a term ending January 31, 2027.
F. Approve the following actions for the Emergency Medical Care Committee: 
  1. Thank and acknowledge Vinnie Ryan, RN for her services as the representative of Sutter Davis (Category A).
  2. Thank and acknowledge Rebecca Ramirez for her services as the alternate representative to the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation (Category G).
  3. Move Dr. Kevin Jones from alternate representative to primary representative of Sutter Davis (Category A) for a term ending January 31, 2024.
  4. Appoint Tambria Agnew as the alternate representative of Sutter Davis (Category A) for a term ending January 31, 2024.
  5. Appoint Brian Lynch as the alternate representative to the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation (Category G) for a term ending January 31, 2024.
