Strategic Plan Goal(s)

Thriving Residents

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

Glenn County Child Support Director inquired if the Colusa Sutter Yolo Regional Child Support Agency (RCSA) would share attorney services as their sole attorney resigned. Glenn County Child Support has the budget for and is willing to pay for 50% of the salary and benefits of the designated attorney in addition to mileage costs from Yuba City to Willows, CA. The shared attorney would be the attorney of record for the Glenn County Department of Child Support Services. DCSS is willing to transfer allocation from Glenn County to Yolo County to cover the costs of this agreement.
