Appoint current Assistant Chief Financial Officer, Tom Haynes, to interim Chief Financial Officer, effective June 18, 2023.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

Human Resources recommends the interim appointment of Tom Haynes, Assistant Chief Financial Officer, as the interim Chief Financial Officer, while a competitive recruitment is conducted. Human Resources also recommends that Mr. Haynes receive a 10% salary differential effective June 18, 2023.
