Recommended Action
As set forth in Attachments A-B, authorize creation of the Yolo Bypass Ad Hoc Subcommittee (Supervisors Sandy and Provenza) and Emergency Communications Ad Hoc Subcommittee (Supervisors Barajas and Saylor).

Reason for Recommended Action/Background
The Board requested the formation of each subcommittee covered by this item. The proposed subcommittee members reviewed each attachment to ensure the scope, charge, and other details are appropriately drafted to cover anticipated tasks. Both committees are limited in time and scope and meet all requirements under state law applicable to ad hoc subcommittees. For these reasons, staff recommend approval of each subcommittee.
