California Elections Code Section 15372 requires the county elections official to prepare and submit certified election results to the County Governing Body (Board of Supervisors) within 30 days of the election. The Assessor/County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters certified the results of the November 7, 2023, Special District Election on Monday, November 20, 2023. This recommended action approves the Yolo County November 7, 2023, Special District Election results.
