Adopt resolution amending the Yolo County Conflict of Interest Code to update designated positions for filing Statements of Economic Interests.

The Political Reform Act requires that the County periodically review and update its Conflict of Interest Code and make revisions based on changed circumstances. Numerous positions have been created, amended or deleted since the date of the last revision in January 2020. The attached Resolution will make the necessary updates to address these changes. Departments were asked if there were any positions that had been added, amended, deleted or had modified responsibilities, including the need for any changes to the identified disclosure categories. This revision will provide an accurate list of designated positions for the County Clerk to use in giving notice to persons in those designated positions required to file Statements of Economic Interests under the County's Conflict of Interest Code.
