Receive update and recommendations from the executive committee of the Local Behavioral Health Board.

Pursuant to California Welfare and Institutions Code sections 5604 and 5604.2, the Yolo County Local Behavioral Health Board (LBHB) is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the county's behavioral health needs, services, facilities, and outcomes and advising the Board of Supervisors and the Behavioral Health Director on matters affecting the local behavioral health system.

The LBHB is comprised of 15 members, including individuals with lived experience, family members, and community representatives. Throughout FY 2024–25, the Board fulfilled its statutory responsibilities by reviewing Behavioral Health Director updates, county and community partner presentations, system performance information, site visits, and public comment. This work informed the findings and recommendations contained in the FY 2024–25 Annual Report.

The Annual Report highlights key observations and recommendations intended to support the continued improvement of Yolo County's behavioral health system. The recommendations are based on the Board's ongoing review of behavioral health services, community needs, and emerging issues throughout the year and are submitted in fulfillment of the LBHB's statutory responsibility to provide an annual report to the Board of Supervisors.
