A Resolution Authorizing The City Manager To Enter Into A Contract For Fishburg Road/Endicott Road Storm Culvert Replacement Project And Waiving The Formal Bidding Requirements.

Purpose and Background

Two quotes were received for the Fishburg Road/Endicott Road Storm Culvert Replacement project from C.G. Construction at a cost of $31,675 and from T.C. Holzen at a cost of $55,600. A third contractor that was contacted did not provide any estimate. This legislation will authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract for the replacement of the 24” culvert at Fishburg Road/Endicott Road and to waive the formal bidding requirements. The Storm Sewer Fund will be utilized for the construction of this project.
