An agenda packet containing detailed information on the items listed below is distributed to the County Judge, Commissioners, and County Clerk the Friday preceding the meeting. The agenda packet is also posted on the county website at www.burnetcountytexas.org, under Public Meetings. A hard copy of the agenda packet is available in the County Clerk's office. Public Comments - Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.007 and the Burnet County commissioners court Rules of Decorum, any person may make comment on any item not appearing on the agenda. Any comments made will not be addressed by the commissioners court during the Public Comments agenda item. Public Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person.

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a burn ban for the unincorporated areas of Burnet County. (Wilson)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to accept the designation of Ed Hashbarger as the Burnet County Emergency Management Coordinator, by the Burnet County Judge as Emergency Management Director, pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 418. (Wilson)

Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to authorize the purchase of a new departmental transport van for the Burnet County Jail using existing, previously allocated capital outlay funds within the Jail's FY2026 budget in an amount not to exceed $116,397 and select from vendors approved by County Purchaser. Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to manage the Enterprise Justice Case Management System operations and contract:
(a) Designate the Project Manager and Government Compliance Coordinator continue as Tier 1 support for all County offices and departments to serve as the County's designated contact authorized to communicate with Tyler Technologies support staff for routine maintenance and system support;
(b) Formally designating Burnet County District Clerk and Burnet County County Clerk as primary contacts responsible for all operational decisions, coordination, and local system support regarding Tyler Technologies Odyssey System; or
(c) Adding a Tyler Technologies Administrator/Technical Support Analyst position.
